We work with a print-on-demand production model, which means each item is created after an order is placed. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final.

We are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been processed.

This includes:

standard print-on-demand products

personalized or customized items (such as our personalized candle)

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
